In the Bible, the Spirit is most often referred to as the comforter.

I think the Holy Spirit is called the comforter because when you have the Spirit of Christ in you, you never give up. You never lose hope. You keep hope alive. You can have hope, no matter how hard things get. You trust God and live in the reality That God is with you.

God is a giver, not a taker. God is a blesser, not a curser. God made you, and He cherishes and loves you.

 

What about all my sin?

That is what the cross is for.

 

What about all the mistakes I make?

God loves you. God wants

 

to bless you. He wants you to

 

overcome.
